Maintenance Services

Corrington Business Systems offers after Sales Service Scheme for products purchased under Warranty Service and Service Contract schemes. In addition we extend our maintanance and repair Services to any user with similar pruducts.

  • Warranty Services apply only to Clients who make purchases from CBS.

  • After the lapse of the Warranty period our Clients are adviced to enroll in Service Contract for effective mantanance; any user with Similar Models supported by CBS also apply.
  • Incase a product is not Warranted or on Service Contract, maintanance would only be done upon receipt of an LPO, and the charges would be on call basis.

Your Panasonic Office Automated Machine can now be maintained and repaired, open Word format attachments to see details of contract under the categories mentioned below. Please contact the Customer Support Division (TEL:4452910/1/2/3 /0722 203 787/ 0733 638355, FAX: 4448472 of CBS to be advised on charges and further clarification.

Warranty Service
  • Warranty: Corrington Business Systems(CBS) warrants all installed products against any Manufacturer's defect in material and workmanship, from a period of Twelve months from date of installation. One free service will be carried out on all the supplied equipment within he warranty period.
  • Limitation of Warranty:CBS shall not in any circumstance be liable for damages by external factors e.g. liquid spillage, fire, explosions, power surges & spikes, acts of God e.g earthquake, floods or lightining related damage to the equipment. Maintanance or alterations during warranty period by any un authorised technicians.
  • Free Service Period: CBS will provide free service period of six months from date of installation (for installation within Nairobi) on existing network i.e Programming, user training, Wiring fauls etc. This does not cater for increasing No. of extensions or lines on PABX.
  • Delivery: Upon receipt of L.P.O
  • Installation period: within 1 Week.
  • Training: CBS will offer on site training for operataors and external users during installation period
  • Service Contract: Upon expiry of Free service period, annual service contract .
